Shopping Policy And Procedure

1. Register & Login

Internet users may browse our website and view our products at any time. But they need to register on our website before they can do on-line queries/quotation request. When users register on our website, this will help us update users with the latest information pertaining to new products premiums and promotions. Users will need to use their email addresses as their login names in order to register.

2. Shopping Bag

As a registered user browsing our website for items to query/request quotation on, you can select any item(s) you want and can add the item into the Shopping Cart while browsing our website.

Upon completing your products online just click the 'Check Out' button. You may add or remove items from or view your shopping cart anytime you wish after having logged in into their own account. If you have not logged in yet, but select an item to put into the Shopping Bag anyway, you will be prompted to log in.

3. Check Out

Once you have finished putting item(s) into the Shopping Cart, you are now ready to complete the on-line query/quotation request. You can then finalise the items listed in the Shopping Cart.

At this stage, you can still continue to key in purchase information on the same page.

4. Shipping Charges

You will be charged for shipping costs depending on the location of delivery. Shipping details will be send to you along with the quotation.

5. Duties & Taxes

The purchaser will be responsible for all duties and import taxes where applicable and depending on each individual country's custom and excise policies. Our courier service provider for international shipment will handle all relevant customs clearance for you and will deliver to the correspondance address.

6. Payment

All payment details will be send to you along with our quotation. It is important to include your contact details correctly, just in case we need to communicate with you about your query/quotation request.
All payments denominated in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). An estimate of the USD equivalent is indicated by the side of the price in RM. (Note: USD 1.00 to RM 3.45)

7. Query Number & Shipment

You will receive an Query Number after the submission of your query/quotation request.
Note : The query/quotation request you have placed does not constitute our acceptance of your query/quotation request. Should on the rare occasion of out-of-stock items occur, such items will be deleted from the articles of your order and this will be reflected in our email Query Comfirmation to you.

8. Cancellation Of Order

Customer may cancel their query/quotation request within 24 hours by mail to us at info@fabriko.com or fabriko@streamyx.com stating your query/quotation request number, before our query/quotation request notification is been sent out to the customer.

Return And Refund Policy

All return and refund policy will be stated in the quotation which will be send to the customer.
